Ответитьit is a good video with up to date information. I have a friend who holds >10 IPs between herself and her husband, but interest only. They used to buy 1 every year. Myself my IPs are positively gear now as I pay P&I and one of them is fully paid off. With increase income I could in theory buy another one.
