ОтветитьI went to Condado beach for a birthday trip a couple years ago and was fine swimming in the water although the current was pretty rough. A day later, a child got swept by the current and the father couldn’t rescue them because it was so strong. It was a sad story.
ОтветитьI swam in the ocean two years ago

ОтветитьAs a Barbadian to categorize the north and east coasts as the most dangerous bodies of water is extremely misleading.
ОтветитьYes at magic sanbs
ОтветитьYears ago, I encountered this cross sea phenomenon on a beach in Spain with a big sandbank in front of the beach and rocks at each end of the bay. Since the waves weren't too high, it was kinda fun swimming in the places where the waves would cross, as that's where they were the highest. And, yes, this phenomenon happened there repeatedly under certain conditions (wind?).
However, I can also state from experience that the very same beach had a riptide that could be dangerous when the waves were higher than normal. (My dad nearly drowned in it.)
5 months
ОтветитьWE have many many in EL PAREDON GUATEMALA we have at list 3 to 4 drawns every month
ОтветитьI have no idea why folks waste so much time explaining, animating everything to include their ancestors before what the topic is about.
ОтветитьSo much contradictory info in this video.
ОтветитьNo there is a cross wave at-a tiny cove in Norfolk UK, I live there and I go in but there is only a space of 6x6 you can dunk in, it’s the most beautiful clean water, because no one swims there the swell is so hard that there is a ledge of pebbles built up from every tide, plenty of fishermen back caste from the Top of the small ledge the village is tiny and it’s name is Weybourne, if you do not keep to the far right hand side of the dip, and literally stay 2ft to the beach you’ll end up in Amsterdam, a few years ago I had to teach some French tourists to watch the clear lines of where the two swells meet luckily they took my advice to heart and had a one at a time crystal clear blue clean salt bath like no other , if you walk past the front of the cliff and get in there you’ll be gone.
When you live near the coast all your life you watch out for things like this, but the big warning sign is a full no sand pebble beach, especially one with a ledge of pebbles !👀👁️👀🗣️👀
