The Pictures used for this video are mockups, the B-Side of this record has a plain white center label and the cover is also plain white. The pictures are styled in the same way, the first release of this label was. The cover picture is actually the Pantone colour card with some added text.

Vegas Tracks, a mysterious Label with only 4 releases. The only 'real' artist that released on this label is Krapulax. The other are alias names and the real artists behind releases 1-3 are unknown. Due to Krapulax being from France this label could possibly also be from France, the musical style would also match, but that doesn't fit with the 'Made in E.U.' stated on the cover of the first release. A french label would proudly state 'Made In France'.
Krapulax worked for the editorial staff of the UK based Electronic Music Magazine, and since the Pantone colour chart is used for printing colours, it's not too far off, to also link this label to the editorial staff of that magazine. But I couldn't find an archived magazine from the time period this label was active, to check if there are any Roy's or Christopher's listed in the editorial.
