Teaching from home Fall2020 for Canadian Children's Opera Company.

Several Teaching Artists were part of the team of teachers for the Principal Chorus, Canadian Children's Opera Company, Toronto Canada. I had the pleasure of developing a movement curriculum for the Fall 2020. Meeting weekly each student in their home space, me in mine, for our online lessons. Here is a glimpse of this practice in self awareness, mind and body connections, and journalling those experiences.
