What other documents need to be use when going this route? Is it just * assignment of the option or 1) purchase agreement 2)assignment contract 3) contract/agreement with Cash buyer ( person you are assigning the property to)
ОтветитьThis contract doesn’t seem much different from the purchase and sale agreement in which you can sign to assign the contract. Would you use this with the purchase agreement? I’m trying to assign a contract because I don’t have the funds myself to buy a property. I’m having trouble understanding what makes this one different?

ОтветитьQuestion if you read this. Can't the end-buyer go around you and get the seller to cancel the contract in this case? What would be the best way to protect yourself in an Option when dealing with Cash Buyers?
ОтветитьYou say to verify with my state and title company that the contract meets my state's requirements and are legally binding. Specifically, how would I go about doing that? Would I have to check with an attorney? If so how much would that cost? Is there a low cost way of doing this?
