I have officially been cleared by my surgeon to train legs again after 4 weeks of no lifting after my breast augmentation!! I am so excited to get back into my gym routine.
In this video, I am going over my check ins as I hit my new weight low of 152.8lbs. I know that most of the weight I lost is my muscle beginning to wither away, so I am interested to see how my body reacts to weight training this upcoming week!
