Mike Broad an ex aircraft engineer decided to produce his own ‘Cobra’ called the Magnum 427

Around 70 cars were ever produced

The chassis was round tube space frame, the body single skin Kevlar and GRP mix, with an Aluminium Panelled internals ,

The suspension is rose-jointed double wishbone and fully adjustable coil over shocks.

This car uses the Jaguar differential and brakes.

The result is a very rare lightweight Cobra

Finished in red coachwork with white Le-mans stripes, Removable roundels and number “8”, Classic decals etc

Detailed with Cobra badges, Front and rear bumpers, Chrome mirrors, Stainless steel wipers, Wind wings, Polished aluminium stone guards, chrome single hoop roll bar, Centre mounted flip top fuel filler.

Black 15” revolution wheels with replica spinners and Pirelli tyres

4 into 1 side pipes

Classic black interior with leather seats, Classic smiths instruments, Sabelt harness seat belts, Wood rim steering wheel,

Powered by a tuned aluminium 3900cc Rover V8 engine, Edelbrock Air filter, 4 barrel carb and performance inlet manifold.

Detailed with polished rocker covers, Alloy panelled engine bay, Aluminium header tanks etc
