Adding digital signature block to PDF

So I have to buy a Adobe monthly subscription to add a signature block to a form?

This is super helpful for my Reserve unit PDFs & from a trusted source even, since I was at Bragg w/ kids going to those schools. You know your stuff Sir! Thank you and please add more of these helpful videos.

I don't have the Digital signature icon on the top of the document. I only have the signature block and signature field icons. Why would that be?

I feel like my head is going to explode. I spent an UNGODLY amount of time try to get digital signatures to work when creating a form yesterday. And yet, somehow, after watching this video, when I went back to my form... I was able to do it!

This is going to sound so preposterous, but the difference appeared to be taking the mouse and creating a custom rectangle shape, rather than just clicking the signature box and letting it automatically add itself to the form.

IDK am I making sense? All I gotta say is I felt like a moron yesterday, and a slightly smarter moron this morning when I figured things out. LOL.
