In Birmingham England, there is some of the best of curries on earth. They often call them Balti Curries. I'm told it's a regional term, but sometime an Indian restaurant knows about the "Balti Method". Have you ever encountered the term? or the method (that is apparently a little different). I have a menu I can scan and show you but it's all Balit this and Balti that and Balti everything.....can you help and make some Balti inspired dishes?
Ответить👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌
ОтветитьI love Indian food and used to only order lamb curries at the restaurant until one day my friend ordered this! I FELL IN LOVE!!
Thank you so much for your videos. For the quality and your personality, you deserve more subscribers!! Keep up the good work, and I will definitely try out the recipe once I get a hold of all the necessary ingredients :)
Love from Korea!

ОтветитьI'm not converted and still a carnivore. The dish is full of good flavors though.
ОтветитьGreat recipes - I made this along with your tandoori chicken and chana masala with my kids today - they loved your videos, and enjoyed the food (although it was a little spicier than I think they expected) . Your tandoori chicken recipe is awesome. Thank you!
ОтветитьMade this yesterday with a few minor tweaks to suit my dietary needs - turned out great! :D
ОтветитьDo you have to add the cashew paste? Just curious because im allergic
ОтветитьDo a tutorial on how to make paneer!
Ответить😌Came out awesome .. thanks dear...👍

ОтветитьHey Vijaya! I just found your channel yesterday and I can't stop watching! I love Indian food and I want to start cooking it more often. One thing I'm struggling with is that a good Indian meal has a lot of pieces, rice, naan, and the main dish at a minimum. How do you plan your cooking so they're all warm and fresh at the same time? Do you make some things ahead of time and reheat? I'd love to see how you meal plan!
ОтветитьAre your recipes keto friendly?
ОтветитьHi Vij! Can you please do another MARTAR PANEER updated versions please? Love your recipes!
ОтветитьBrand new to the channel. You have excellent simple recipes which don’t over complicate. Keep up the good work!
ОтветитьSo happy to have found your channel! These are the greatest recipes... and your personality combined with the awesome production value is tip top! Thank you!
ОтветитьYou are really nice to watch. Is there such a thing as saag paneer? Spinach and paneer? How would you make that? Thanks
ОтветитьCan you.please make palak paneer?
ОтветитьThanks for your work. I'm learning and love to watch your video's. What do you mean by "strained tomatoes". Is that the same as canned "tomato puree"?
ОтветитьCan you send me your garam masala recipe
ОтветитьCan you make Chicken biryani please its my favorite
ОтветитьMade this...Awesome 👌
ОтветитьWe loved this recipe. My paneer was a little tough. How do I get paneer in any dish to be tender and soft???
ОтветитьI just discovered your channel! Thank god! I’ve made this dish to many times I’ve always messed it up I could never understand, then I vowed never to use fresh tomatoes again because reheating my curry came watery. But I will try this method and also will also try with the cashews!!
ОтветитьWow, that's fantastic...I will make my own paneer and try this!
ОтветитьHello. I have noticed that in some of your recipes you will use whole spices at the start, then cook your onions/base, while in some videos I see you use ground spices while creating the base(cook onions first then add spices afterwards). Is there some instances when we should use whole vs ground, or is it just preference/whats-spices-are-on-hand? I notice it in this video with the "Coriander Powder" to which I am curious if using whole coriander at the start would work as well?
I've noticed that there are other videos that are similar, but I'm not sure if it's just that some only use powders(I've seen a lot of British Indian Food which seem to be more for ground, while traditional Indian more whole).
Thank you for your thoughts and knowledge while I try to understand the little nuances with regards to Indian cooking.
All the best!
Vijaya, would this feed 4?
ОтветитьCan you tell me what strained tomato sauce is
ОтветитьTHESONG!!! LOL... THIS *&(*$#% SONG! It's IN MY HEAD NOW

ОтветитьDo you make Strained Tomato Sauce or get it from supermarket?
ОтветитьMy favorite dish. So happy I found you. My fave restaurant adds mushrooms to his dish. Can’t wait to try it.

ОтветитьThat whistling music is so incredibly annoying.
ОтветитьWhy didn't you add coriander powder? Is it already in your home ground garam masala?
