The only starting quality o lineman poles has added to the o line was a draft reach in wright. Poles should have taken carter and drafted a RT in the second if he was set on a RT.

Give Pole another season to focus on solidifying the OL through draft capital or trade; Improve their running game at any cost.
Keep the defence intact for the most part with minor tweaks.
Flus, is not capable of taking this or any team to a Superbowl as a Head coach. His expertise is as a 'Defensive coach.
I trust Poles can still succeed.

Last year DJ Moore set career highs with Justin Fields in catches, yards and TDs..don't tell me Caleb Williams is better than Justin..numbers and chemistry don't lie. Not sure how much I can trust in Poles, but I'm totally sure I can't trust in Waddle, Silvy or Eberflus.

Guys all he did was ignore the line in the draft, he got second rate players to band aid the line. You have to draft Offense like he did with defense with high picks in the 2nd 3rd rounds, not 5th or 6th. Look at the center Pittsburgh got in 2nd, hes a pro bowl caliber. Poles likes picking his Oline guys to late and they dont pan out usually.

The first mistake of every media member and fan with this take is to assume that Poles has complete autonomy over leadership hires. Nothing in the ass backwards way this organization functions would lead me believe the GM's choices aren't being limited by ownership, because there is no way Pace and Poles can actually be stupid enough to think guys like Nagy and Eberflus are championship caliber HCs and that the Rookie QB-lame duck HC carousel is the pathway to developing cohesiveness and a winning culture.

For the past umpteen decades it's the same ownership you can put in all the coaches players but it's always the same ownership screwing it up with their picks of who's running the show

There will always be a problem with this franchise as long as the family continues to run the team the way they do. In the real world, George’s performance would have gotten him fired years ago but he is shielded because of his last name. As far as Poles he has made some really bad moves. The trading of a high second rounder for Claypool could have gotten us a premier center or guard. He has consistently over-evaluated what he had on his offensive line. And not firing Flus and following that up by hiring Waldron was a failure of epic proportions. If he really thought Waldron was the best OC or if he hired him because Flus did not want a strong personality that might have been a threat to his job are both fireable offenses in my opinion

Can someone please answer me the question why anyone wants the worst GM in Bears history. Can someone explain what he has done besides trading for a wide receiver with the number 1 pick, drafting 25 busts including a QB who clearly is worse then the 2 guys after him (not coaching he’s dumb), overpaying for Edmunds over Roquan, trading a 2nd for Sweat when you could of got him for free 5 month’s later, Claypool for a 2nd when Pitt drafted him as a 2nd and we gave up the 33rd pick, Worst drafting 3rd round GM ever drafting a left tackle who can’t play left tackle and a receiver who can’t play receiver. Not to count the countless other terrible shit he’s done and also having the worst winning record in Bears history. I mean please someone answer this
