The problem with Silicon Valley

Yeah cause the guys who spend their whole lives trying to concentrate wealth into the pockets of a smaller and smaller circle of investors are definitely the people who are going to lead us to a brighter future

Many things have suffered from this.
Cinema, Literature, Digital Media (Video Games, Apps etc)
Everyone is more concerned with the mediocre safe bet instead of knocking it out of the park.
Imagine if Michelangelo had decided to draw David instead of sculpting him.
The World suffers.

Money is just a mechanism that grants freedom to those who acquire a lot but too many smart, wealthy people forgot that the point isn't just to run up the score but instead to use the freedom it granted them to take useful risks.

i would agree if the guy saying this was elon musk or someone very smart and successful...but he just isnt...also, groundbreaking things dont just appear out of nowhere...you cant expect some random programmer from sillicon valley to have the aptitude, the right idea, the luck needed...these things are one in a million...most people working in sillicon valley probably wouldnt be able to even run their own team...and even running saas company isnt as trivial as he makes it to be...this guy talks nonsense
