"The Easter Lily" is an Irish Revolutionary Song about the Easter Rising, an armed revolution by the Irish people against British rule in 1916, taking place over the Easter holiday. The uprising ultimately failed but set into motion the conditions needed for Ireland to fully gain independence in 1922 from the United Kingdom.

The term, "Trevelyan's Genocide" is commonly used interchangeably with the Irish Potato Famine by Irish people, to reference Sir Charles Trevelyan. Trevelyan was a British politician with anti-Irish sentiment and is mostly to blame for the death of millions of Irish people, and the subsequent desperate migration away from the island.

(Sorry I haven't uploaded in a while, my computer broke a few days after posting my last video, and I had just gotten a new one. Uploads should be more frequent now.)
