ОтветитьHi Jeremy, another great video as usual, but get someone to spray-paint the polystyrene balls already. It’s such a good visual demo weakened by not colour-coding the balls. Just make the fat ones red, proteins green, and carbs blue and it’ll get your point across much more clearly. P.s Having eaten deep-fried tarantula in Cambodia, a lil’ duck foetus doesn’t bother me in the slightest 😂

But i would really appreciate if you could write kilogram version next to the lbs. I know i can google it just like you can. Just an idea what could improve. But maybe it would become to many numbers on the screen. Just something i would appreciate. Keep up the good work

ОтветитьI do and I've been doing exactly everything you suggest for a long time now, it does not work. I mean yeah you might lose some pounds in the beginning and even helps you with keeping the excess weight off but it does not help losing fat on those body parts that everybody suffers with (love handles, inner thighs, belly), and FOR SURE doesn't bring the body fat down to a percentage that shows muscles in the way you suggest it does. This video and "technique" is good for the average person that never took care of himself in regards to eating habits or exercise but for real results and I'm talking that fine tuning that will make your "sacrifices" all worth it.....THIS AIN'T IT!

2 - Walk 10k steps every day;
3 - If you don't eat throughout the day, eat protein and vegetables at night and go to bed;
4 - Eat more protein and fiber rich foods.
As a Filipino, my fat loss journey was cutting out Filipino food anyway. 😂
But progress always goes backwards when there's a Filipino party I can't avoid.
