If it's labeled as a "Straight" whiskey, and doesn't have an age statement, it has to be a minimum of 4 years, so the bourbon may be a bit older than you were thinking as you discussed it, but great notes, sounds like a good choice if I see it.

Cool looking bottles🙂 I had never heard of honey malt before, so I just checked it out briefly. I prefer roasted notes to honey notes, so maybe not for me, but still very interesting👍 Thanks for bringing it to attention🙂

Wow great review! Love the channel, I’ll definitely sub. I’ve talked to the distillery, and they told me that it wasn’t sourced, but contract distilled. Same grains, same yeast, similar sized still. So pretty soon, the juice in the bottle will be coming out of the still in Louisville, but shouldn’t it stay pretty much the same? If the yeast and grains are the same?
Anyway, solid review, love their rye. Keep up the good work!

I live in a control state and my local recently got some bottles of the rabbit hole line as returns from a special event. Picked up one of each. The prices are too high, even at MSRP, for the bourbon and the PX finished bourbon (American Whiskey), but the rye was good. I agree that the 95% is a nice mash bill and the $45 MSRP on that one was pretty reasonable. If these ever show up again, the Rye is the one I would go after.
