It doesn't actually matter where they came from, it was Hannah's responsibility to shake each one and check and she didn't do it. She is serving time she deserves.

They make exact replicas on all guns that shot blanks. These replicas have muzzle flash and smoke to look realistic. There guns cannot every shoot a live round. You cant even alter the guns to shoot a real bullet. Live weapons should never be allowed on movie sets.
Alec Baldwin is lying when he said the gun fired after released the striker. It is impossible, you can pull back and let go and the striker will stay cocked until the trigger is pulled, period.

A bus driver comes to work, starts up the bus, and starts his route, not knowing that an inept mechanic had failed to repair the brakes properly. He is not a mechanic...he is an operator of equipment for which another person or persons is responsible. He has no idea that the brakes will fail, and the bus will collide with another vehicle, and a passenger will be killed. He is devastated and incredulous.

The mechanic is charged with murder, and so is the busdriver, because he was driving the bus whose brakes failed.

Baldwin is innocent. He is not an armorer. He did not know that gun was loaded with a live round. The busdriver trusted the bus technician, and Baldwin trusted the gun technician.

Baldwin did not know that the gun on his person was live. He very well could have been killed by the gun going off, at any time he had it on his person. He could have been shot, instead of the poor lady, and I bet he wishes it HAD been him, instead of her, his friend.

There are differences that even the general public with no training can see, Hannah had no excuse not to notice them, she was supposedly trained to know the differences visually, physically and anything suspect should never have been anywhere near a weapon. Unfortunately for Hannah it was her job and she was neglectful so she is serving time for that neglect. The rounds should have been checked EVERY time they were moved, each time they were left unattended even if they were "locked up" just in case anyone had messed with them.
Alec knows Gun Safety, his father taught him, he has been on set using weapons multiple times, he has been shown and taught over and over again by other armourers. He is just as responsible for not doing his own safety checks

IMO AB should have taken the incredible plea offer. It would have had zero effect on his life. 6 months unsupervised probation and a 1 day safety class.

Smokescreen from Hannah's attorney. The sole purpose of an armorer is to control weapons and ammunition. Her attitude was lackadaisical at best. She got off easy.

Tragic accident or not, what shocked me most was HG's complete lack of humility in the jail phone calls and at the end of the trial - the judge was furious with her for good reason. The little s*** didn't show any remorse or indication that she'd learned a lesson.

The prosecution had photos showing the live rounds on set in Hannah's boxes prior to other people bringing ammo on set. This guy is just a liar lol and even if you want to take everything as true, it still requires Hannah to be grossly negligent at her job to kill someone. He's a terrible lawyer who's trying to put fake info in the media to get his client off the hook.

Vinnie, I will remind you that the FBI testified that the nickle primer was not an indicator of live ammo round. Further he testified that he dissected a bullet that had a nickle(silver colored) primer that was indeed a dummy round so it is inaccurate to say that the live rounds could have determined merely by visual inspection. He also testified that not all the dummy rounds rattled. Reed was cheated from a thoroughly investigated incident at trial and the police were completely irresponsible not to have searched the Seth Kenney business within the first 12 hours especially after Mr Kenney came on the shoot location to "assist" the police while throwing Reed under the bus. Reed became the sacrificial lamb, to hell with assisting the railroading job on another individual

I've never really understood the need for "dummy" rounds in a movie. The argument that it is needed to realism flies out he door when in almost every movie or TV show some shoots 20 rounds out of a handgun with reloading.

I think it is quite possible Baldwin honestly believes he did not pull the trigger. Many single action revolvers have a hair trigger when cocked and will go off simply by touching the trigger. I never heard Baldwin say he never "toughed" the trigger. But he did say he "never pulled" the trigger. He may very well believe that. The prosecution released the gun to the FBI lab who destroyed the gun. So now it is impossible to know how easily the gun can go off accidentally. In any case terrible errors were made by Hannah Gutierrez. Of all her oversights, the worst mistake she made was to allow live rounds on the set and she even allowed a live round into the gun that she personally checked before handing it to Baldwin. Baldwin's main gun safety responsibility on set was to hire an established armorer. He did that. The responsibility rests on her for not doing her job correctly.

There needs to be multiple armorers on film sets and a better process 🙁 of course the film budget plays a factor but I truly hope changes come from this incident. Hannah is responsible for safety checks so she is at fault.. It's negligent on her part as there must be a protocol that armorers need to follow. Whomever brought the live rounds on set should be at fault too.

Charge means $$$. There is a commercial transaction component to a court procedure. Why are American police so violent and trigger happy? Because UNITED STATES is a corporation under martial law making Americans enemies of the UNITED STATES. A US citizen is a US business. A 'person' is a business. UNITED STATES is a banking entity administrating the estates of the dead. TOMBSTONE, the report generated for a security at its maturation date, it shows the details of the transaction and the issuer. 'YOU' is an issuer of securities.

So Alec didn't understand that aiming a loaded firearm at his coworkers isn't safe? And that's not a crime? Hannah's lawyers could have had all of that evidence tested themselves. Bowels is acting like they had no power in defending Hannah. Not true. Her lawyers failed to actually fight for their client. Of course they didn't have anything tested. They knew it would prove her guilt! Bye bye Alec. You're next!

The procedures were not followed by Baldwin everyone is supposed to be responsible for. Alec was supposed to check for himself about possible live rounds prior to pointing his gun.

The defense attorney overlooks how willful negligence is a crime and Trump had a poor attitude toward gun training. If people can get away blaming the live round providers making themselves innocent, willful murders can be set up this way.

If Hannah Gutierrez had done her job there would have been no discharge of a weapon and no wrongful death. How is this Baldwins fault. They fire guns all the time on sets…but no one gets hurt because there are no live rounds in the guns. They hired Hanna Gutierrez to make sure of that. And she failed to do her job.

I mean, Hannah wasn’t supposed to grab whatever box of bullets was lying around and assume they were the right ones. Her whole job is to check all the guns and ammo and make sure they’re safe. It doesn’t really matter what happened with the bullets before they got to Hannah.
