You could keep your store open while the convention is running. It would take some work on yawls end but could easily be done. Everything you’re taking to PRGE remove from your system. I’d also make a spreadsheet just for a back up and then everything that has not sold reiterate into your system.

That way, your inventory at the store will reflect that those items are not at the store anymore. Then when you get back, add all the items to the inventory and it will be accurate.
