How to Setup/Pair SmartCast Remote App to Vizio SmartCast TV

I would make sure that the code stays hidden, that way if someone wants to use my cellphone to turn the TV off or on she/he won't be able to turn the device on.I would not even give them the code no matter what.

I want the free one, we turned off the power to house and when we turned back on the tv is saying we have no internet connection, I did get something to recognize the tv was there but won’t pair or respond to the hand held remote except to turn on
