I’m in my 2nd month of real estate businesses. I work A regular 40 hour a week job from 4:30am to 2pm. Then I do real estate from 3-6 everyday. I got my first listing Saturday from circle prospecting!! Going to continue this grind. Thanks Ricky for all that you do!!

Great video Ricky. Question- if you're listing zillow for free and it's basically "limited service" do you still have seller's disclosure, data matrix form and all normal docs signed? and listed as normal (just getting 0%)?

How can you help a FSBO for free and stay within the ethical and legal rules as a real estate agent? I do not understand how you can help them get on MLS without the backing of an actual agent or FSBO company? When it goes on MLS will my name be attached even though I am not contracted for a commission?

I’m in my second month of real estate. Built up my weekly email list to 1300 contacts and messaged everyone on Facebook that I’m friends with. Got 10-20 people considering to buy within the next year.

You recommend FSBO’s first then redx expireds then circle prospecting? In that order?

I’m full time, putting in 40-60 hrs/wk. currently living off savings and trying to stretch my budget as much as possible. Been putting off getting redx and dialer until I got through my sphere of influence since those are free leads.

About to sign up Monday for redx probably just one service and hand dial for a while til I get my first commission check.

How will you handle COPPA for 2020. How did you manage to get recommend by youtub?

This is exactly my position. I have a lot of pressure to make money because I have a mortgage payment to make, but desperately want my freedom from being chained to a 9-5 job. So thanks Ricky.

I’m coming up on 2 years of being an agent and it’s been phenomenal. This video is amazing and I will definitely be looking at calling FSBO and Expires after this. Since I started I’ve been very fortunate to have people reach out to me through my daily social media posting and stories. For me it’s always been about putting people first. I haven’t done any leads or called anyone since I started and that’s gonna change after watching your videos. My SOI has been amazing and will continue to be that way but I would love to be on the phones 3-4 hrs a day or every other day so I can find more people to help outside of my SOI.

I call/message people before work, lunches, and after work. And I listen to this before I do it. Because sometimes I just don't want to be call people. I'd rather watch Netflix or sleep in or go smoke a cigar and relax. Sometimes I'd rather clean than do what I know is effective. Right now I am going through my SOI.

Yup I know I’m for sure gonna be a part time until I’m able to get my feet in the ground and start growing. My job is 7-4 so I have plenty of time after work to make calls and on the weekends. Idc how tired I am after work I’m gonna be making calls. I’m gonna try my best to become full time as quick as possible so I can finally get out from working under someone. Thanks for the inspiration and you will for sure be seeing me in zero to diamond in a few months.
