nice video thanks
ОтветитьAlcohol is illegal in my country is there an alternative?!
ОтветитьI prefer using a cotton swap to remove the paste. That way you avoid scratching the cooler surface
ОтветитьThanks for the guide! I'm swapping everything to a new mobo so I wanted to make sure I was applying the paste properly, worked like a charm.
Ответитьthank you for walking me through this. Very clear and easy to follow, helped me a ton!
ОтветитьI have started applying it to the heatsink. A thin layer and then install the cooler. It works better for me than the 1000 other ways I've tried. Give props to the heatsinks they send with new processors for the idea. I just copied it.
Ответитьis the rubbing alcohol necessary? i dont know if i have any readily available
ОтветитьWhat if my aio has pre applied thermal paste? Is it wrong to put some more on the cpu?
ОтветитьThe old thermal paste is burnt lmao

ОтветитьThanks for the quick tutorial! I'm building my first pc and I'm feeling a little overwhelmed, so videos like this that get straight to the point are a godsend.
ОтветитьStraight to the point and detailed. Thanks for the great tutorial.
ОтветитьI am hyped to do this!
ОтветитьDo they make a thermal paste that has RGB?
ОтветитьHey guy, what I do sometimes I place blue Painters tape around the cpu in a square formation and the place the paste, to avoid the spill over the edges with the paste when done just remove the Painters tape and it should be even, lol.
ОтветитьWhat if I don't have alcohol 😢
ОтветитьGreat, very helpful.
ОтветитьThermal grease is a very important auxiliary accessories, can bring more high performance for the CPU to play, I recommend MJ M12 thermal grease, its performance and price are very advantageous, better than MX-4!
ОтветитьI had to do it twice, first attempt was way too little paste, and of course the temps are abysmal 😂
The second attempt, I put a bit more and temp is 11°C cooler. I use the spatula method.
Thanks for the guide 👍
Method #2 the pea is what I have always used = No air entrapment easier install and after a year or so taking the cooler off it has always been evenly spread. But I have seen these Graphene sheets with their results showing great effectiveness I want more info on the Graphene sheets might just be the thing? They don't need changing ever or a long time.
Ответитьif ur a new bee.. forget about the second method as u WILL mess up the cooler pressure....just use the spatula
ОтветитьWANT A CLUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DONT PUT PASTE ON THE CPU!!!!!!!!!! DUHHHH! PUT THE PASTE ON THE HEATSINK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ОтветитьDONT PUT LAYER!!!!!! PUT SMALL DAB IN THE MIDDLE DUHHHHHHH
ОтветитьGood vid. Intel's advice is the blob method but I like the spread method.
ОтветитьQuick, easy, simple. Thank you!
ОтветитьCan't find the link no in the apps for checking temp in cpu
ОтветитьХуета
ОтветитьShould lift it off and see what the coverage looks like when you don't spread it...or just spread it with the heatsink
ОтветитьGood stuff man. What is that white case in the background with the plant in it? lol I gots to get one! :)
ОтветитьHello friends, subscribe to this channel to get all the latest updates on technology.
Ответитьthank you! very helpful vídeo.
ОтветитьDo you need to drain the loop before removing the cpu cooler?
ОтветитьMan I tried doing and my pc didn't start...so I ain't trying my luck yet again....scram I have no friends
ОтветитьThanks, great video, straight to the point and very informative.
ОтветитьI had a moment of anxiety when you tilted the alcohol bottle onto the paper towel over the open pc case. 😓 😰 🥵
Ответитьnice
Ответитьwill it work if i just use a paper towel or a cotten swab to remove the existing thermal paste? I do not have any rubbing alcohol available
ОтветитьLord Jesus Christ died for our sins and raised from the dead after 3 days and He is coming back soon with His Kingdom, repent plz ❤️
ОтветитьThank you so much! This helped a ton with my cpu waterblock cause it was overheating, and I've never changed it or cleaned it out. Very informative and easy to understand. Thank you!!💙🙏
ОтветитьThank you. Clear and simple and I appreciate your video shows everything so clearly. I have a tremor so my preference is the dot method. I'm glad to see it's still a recommended way to go.
Ответитьwhat if my cpu cooler is aftermarket or I can't find any info in it? I know how to remove mine with trial and its quite simple. also thanks for the guide.
ОтветитьYou get right to it, no repetitive chatter to up the engagement time. Thank you.
ОтветитьSpatulas are messy, just use a clean finger and spread evenly, your finger can sense the slightest unevenness, to make it spread easier, just wipe your finger with some 99% isopropyl alcohol. Applying paste is simple, no need to make it difficult and awkward. ECPU good informative vid, in the end, as long as both surfaces are covered all is good.
ОтветитьWhat Pc case are you using?
Ответитьalcohol can go on board just let evaporate lol
ОтветитьThank you, for your video it has helped so much, it’s meticulous and very informative….
ОтветитьCan I use the AIDA64 for a home build NAS, or does it only run on Windows?
ОтветитьApplying it with the spatula was so challenging because my cpu is a lot smaller. Plus, the thermal paste kept attaching onto the spatula if I rubbed it too much. 😢
