3 Step Framework to Grow on LinkedIn in 2024

If I was a time-strapped SaaS or Agency founder looking to build an audience & generate leads on LinkedIn in 2024, this is the 3-step framework I'd follow.

NOTE: if you nail this system, it can take you as little as 4 hours per month to execute it. That's half a days work.


1. Content

You must deeply understand the answers to these 3 questions.

* What problem does my product or service solve?
* Who is my ICP?
* What is my differentiated opinion?


Until you learn to articulate these clearly, your content will never gain traction.

And any time you're feeling frustrated with the results of your content marketing efforts, you have to revisit these questions and analyse whether they're filtering through to your messaging.


2. Distribution

You must get into the habit of posting 5 x per week, at least Monday-Friday.

Why not 2 x per week or 3 times?

Because in the beginning you're trying to build a new habit, and 2 x per week is insufficient to build something that has longevity.

Plus, compound interest is a huge benefit of content production and comes faster through increased posting frequency.


3. Connect

There's two components to networking effectively on LinkedIn.

* Proactively building your audience with your ICP
* Commenting on others posts


This is the most painful and soul-draining step which is why most founders skip it.

But here's the secret sauce - the first can be largely automated, the second is about quality, not quantity.
