I get that where my ear feels blocked. I use a olive oil treatment called Earex once a week and it helps so much!

Saline nose wash clears my sinus like nothing else. not a very glamorous process, but extremely effective and cheep.

Antihistamines and nose decongestant sprays may help with ears. The pink hair is very pretty indeed

I swear, I've had the same problems! What I've found, and this is why it's back and forth between both ears (and the vertigo and nausea, too), is I have a lot of sinus inflammation. I have started taking a 4 hour nasal decongestant, throughout the day, every 4 hours. I take Sudafed (do they have that one in the UK?), which has helped soooo much!❤

When my allergies get bad, my ears get like what you are going through.

I've had problems with my ears and my nose connected to do with my cycle. When I'm retaining more fluid, they stuff up. Hormonal changes that we all endure.

You’ve probably got water trapped in your inner ears, I had this for ages once and ended up with a really bad ear infection in both ears from the trapped water! Sounds silly but have you tried screaming? It was the only thing that would unblock my ears when I had this problem😂 short sharp screams so it creates pressure fast!

I use to get blocked ears due to allergies, use to come on when I would move fast or quickly move suddenly. This year my ears have been itchy and dry and I've had a few ear infections and my nose is blocking at night. I'm in NZ, but everyone I talk to who suffers from allergies are really suffering this year and having different symptoms than they usually would, so maybe it's all allergy related? Try eating some local honey if possible, it's meant to help with allergies.
