I think a portion of the lecture has aged poorly since there is the rise of artificial intelligence and people who can manipulate videos which blur the line between reality and fabrication and the truth at face value can no longer be taken for granted. Plus trust in the media is eroding because of fake news content and sensationalism and powers in institutions have been decentralized.

It's still a good and mostly relevant lecture, but this topic would need to be reviewed, reconsidered, and tweaked by the age of the internet and social media that we live in right now.
