Colorado Shooter: Guilty by Reason of Non-Insanity

I was asked my opinion on James Holmes, the Colorado shooter, and about his chances of getting off with a plea of insanity. The McNaughton Rule is going to be important in this decision I think, but I think he was perfectly sane and the whole insanity thing he's doing is just an act. This is particularly true I think because he apparently had at least one accomplice. We'll see I guess.
