ОтветитьThis was beautiful. I used to work as a line cook in a ramen bar and it can get intense. There were many things that were not well managed but it was truly a family there. We did not have the teamwork however like this crew. This was amazing to watch. Im in awe looking at those dishes and how they operated.

ОтветитьWatching a kitchen in any form function so disciplinary and professionally, makes the saying "the customer is always right" such bollocks. Until you respect the food as much as the chefs do and not simply a monetary transaction, then they will care about your criticism.
