Hi Claudia. Great video. However, you didn't really say what your preference is. After using the Dr Pen, do you prefer it to the Derminator? Also, is there a Canadian website that sells the Dr Pen?

Hi Claudia, I finally did microneedling at home using the derminator 2. I have high pain tolerance and did .50mm and was fine. Hopefully the machine noise while using it scare me more than anything. I was a bit nervous. I think I did pretty well for my first time at home . I did order their hyaluronic serum but used mine instead which was the same one you use as the consistency was thicker. Im wondering if their hyaluronic is good enough for medical microneedling. Have you checked theirs? It did come on sterile sealed bottle. I used cooper peptides afterwards as I don't use human stem cells. I also used the led mask right after and it felt absolutely wonderful. I really felt the difference on my face while using. Are there plant based growth factors. What about using one cell DNA repair cream after medical microneedling, have you tried it that way?

I've got an a6. I Love it for cosmetic needling. If I'm going deeper, I use a stamping motion so I don't scratch my skin.
Its a shame about the derminator because it's a decent machine. I've noticed mine has really slowed down if I try to needle my legs or arms. It's about 7 years old now.

Claudia I suffer from psoriasis, occasionally patches appear on my face, I have read that microneedling may trigger psoriasis so unfortunately I'm afraid I'll have to stay away from it. What about this device? Would you reccommend it for psoriasis?

How deep does that doctor pen go does it go up to 3 mm?

After couple days of researching what website should i purchase the dr pen from, here i am come across your great video, you sold me to purchase through the link you provide. On the website it say the pen is lifetime warranty, do we need to register to get their lifetime warranty? By the way thank for the discount code.

One thing that prevents me from trying it is their website, the same you used. I reverse Google image searched their review photos (because I never immediately trust those), and all of the photos came from reviews for completely different products.

I had the original Derminator and now I have the Derminator 2. I very rarely use it because it is so bulky and cumbersome. As you mentioned, it’s also very loud. UntiI I watched this video I was under the impression that Dr. Pen was very expensive ($500+), But I see with your code it’s less than $200. I am definitely going to purchase it. Thank you for this informative video. As always, I appreciate the time and work you put into these videos.

Does the Dr. pen cartridge needs to be disinfected with alcohol prior to use, like with derma rollers?

Hi Claudia, the maximum speed of the Dr. Pen M8 is 15000 RPM. On the other hand the A6S got a 18000 RPM. in your opinion does that make a lot of difference, or will the M8 be just as effective? Thanks for any reply. 🥰

So, do you recommend the circular motion with nano needling, vs the stamping technique you use for medical and cosmetic needling? Or, was this video made before you determined the stamping method is your preferred method?

I’m a little confused. Dr Pen says ( there’s are YT tutorials) nanoneedling should be performed at 0.25 mm , and you do it at 2.5 mm. Why? Looking forward to hearing from you

On dr pen web says deph for nano is 0.25, so its 2.5 or 0.25?

I see in their little pamphlet it offers 3 types of NANO cartridges. RNANO(round shape), SNANO/3DNANO(square shape) & 5DNANO. I have no idea which ones to order. I just want to use it for the same treatment you’re showing in this video. Appreciate you & your content SO much❤️❤️❤️

For anyone who has the Derminator 2, I ordered some nanochanneling cartridges and they fit the machine. I set it at .25 and had great results. You can go higher since there aren’t actual needles. I will try a higher settings in the future. Love love nanochanneling so much. My skin was absolutely glowing the next day!

This company is so horrible with their customer service. They have a sale going on now and they don’t respond. They don’t call back. Someone text me never responded back with my questions. Zero customer care. But I love you lol thank you for all your help with the Dr pen
