ОтветитьAmazing video to come back to doing workouts after long period of not exercising at all. I don't like it if videos are called for "beginners" and I am dying during the workout and hurting for days after it. Here it is different. I feel refreshed, strengthen, more mobile and alive. The soreness after the workout is on a good manageable level. I love positive attitude of Caroline, her voice helps me to go through the workouts and motivates me very much. All exercises here are amazing. My favourite is the dead bug.
After doing this workout for 2 weeks, I finally feel strong enough to start with normal "beginner" workout(from Caroline), but will still combine it with this workout for some time, for the great stretching and mobilisation.
3 surgeries and a couple illnesses along the way over the last 9 months. I've lost a bunch of weight (yay!) but a lot of it was muscle (yuck!). I've been a sporadic weight lifter for 40 years, so was in pretty decent shape for a 70 year old. But now at 71 so much muscle has gotten soft and flabby, I'm feeling really old and much closer to frail than I'd ever like to be. So now that my 3rd surgery recovery is moving past pain, I know I need to get back to exercise immediately or risk gaining a bunch more flabby weight. Your Recovery video is perfect!! Not only does it fit my particular need to start back sensibly very well, but I must compliment you on your presentation. I've viewed a lot of various exercise videos over the years. You are truly one of the best if not THE BEST exercise guide I've ever come across. 5 out of the last 6 days you've had me sweating. Thank You so much!

Ответитьthank you! i just got covid for the second time and it's frustrating as someone who typically runs 19 miles a week and does resistance training 5x/wk. to have to wait 2 whole weeks to really be able to do anything. i'm feeling better a few days in (i believe due to my commitment to a healthy lifestyle) so i'm hoping that while i'm just walking for a week, i can add this in as a replacement for resistance training! so i can feel like i'm keeping my normal schedule without hurting myself and over-doing it
ОтветитьThank you so much for this! After having thyroid issues and Vitamin D deficiency I felt like I couldn't do anything anymore. This is a Routine that I'm able to do without being exhausted but still feeling like I did something. ❤❤

ОтветитьOh my gosh, thank you so much!! I’ve had Covid pneumonia for the last month and I went from HIIT workouts/strength training and yoga 3-5 times a week to 6 nebulizer treatments daily and choke/coughing as my only ab exercise. This helped me feel normal again, and the stretching was glorious. And at one point when we were on our backs doing bridges, you said “I’m so happy you’re here” and I truly felt that and I just broke out in a big smile. THANK YOU for sharing your positive energy with me, with all of us. You really made a difference for me today! 🥹🌷

ОтветитьThank you for this. I have been having a horrible time with lingering exhaustion that covid left me. I tried this pratice a few days ago and it was difficult. I waited a day and tried again today. It was amazing. Caroline, you have a very soothing and kind demeanor that helps.
This is a routine I would do even if not sick.
This was my first workout after Covid. Before I was afraid that I will only feel exhausted after doing my first exercises after quite some time, but instead I feel awesome and I'm really looking forward to my next Sport session. Thank you so much for this amazing workout for body and soul ❤

ОтветитьHi Caroline, 11 months ago I began using your Covid recovery video. At that point I'd been thru 3 surgeries and a couple illnesses. I kept with the video for awhile. But since that last comment I needed a 4th surgery and I did get Covid, I had another sarcoidosis attack and I had a bad bout of stomach flu? which seems to have morephed into IBS. Needless to say I didn't keep up the workouts during all that. BUT I'm finally feeling better, so I've started back again on the Covid recovery video. This really is a great workout to restart exercising regularly. I know you have lots of other workouts. I'll stick with this one for a bit longer, but I'm looking forward to trying some others to start rebuilding the muscle and strength I lost over the last 18 months. Thanks again!

ОтветитьI was recovering from a stomach bug and after doing several vigorous workouts I wasn't sure how to get back in. I'm glad I found this because it felt challenging enough but slow and restorative. It was very enjoyable and helped prevent me from going back to being very sedative after being set back. Thank you.

ОтветитьEven though I don't have Covid or been sick, I decided to try this workout today just as a light workout, but this was harder than I thought it was going to be. I have been working out with you for awhile now and a couple of weeks ago, I could not even do a pilates sit up. Now I was able to do it! Thanks to you, Caroline, I know that I am stronger, doing your workouts!
