Still the best trailer, still the best region. I'm sure no other archon questline will make me cry like Fontaine's did. Furina is the one and only hero here and I love it so much, no "power of friendship saving the world" bs. As hard as her sacrifice was, she kept her promise and went through all the suffering and loneliness, and in the end - it was worth it, the plan worked out. Literally my favourite character just for that

Man even after a year this trailer gets me hyped. Natlan is such a downgrade from this let alone Sumeru’s teaser that was Winter nights Lazzo..what happened hoyo 😭

Возможно, однажды во мне угаснут те чувства, которые я испытал при первом просмотре этой анимации, но я всегда буду любить её и вспоминать те времена, когда выходил Фонтейн и дарил мне незабываемые, приятные и столь сладостные для моего сердца впечатления. И как же я рад, что сам регион получился безумно красивым, оригинальным и интересным в исследовании. Я всей душой обожаю Фонтейн: его красивейших персонажей, захватывающий сюжет, очаровательную музыку, интересные локации, увлекательные головоломки и занимательные квесты. Fontaines ending wasn’t as good as the start and middle tbh. It felt underwhelming and just left so many questions unanswered. Fontaines still good imo but the ending just wasn’t it

I like how every comment made by the narrators shows the role they will have in the story:

"For sinners the curtain call has come" -> shows Lyney and Lynette who are quickly exposed as fatui ending their show infront of the traveler (and opening for a more honest relationship)
"Is getting people to beleive a lie, and the most important part is what people see..." -> switches to Navia who needs to handle her father lying too well by taking on the guilt for a murder he didn't commit since the murder dissolved into water, her entire arc is exposing that lie.

"But what you see, it's not real, it's all a show" -> All the rules of the metropide literarily being made up by Wrio, yet everyone acts according to those, making the Lyney gang and Traveler follow false leads and waste their time.

"Every Part of the show is carefully controlled.... By choosing the right time, the right place and the right people" -> shows Neuvillette as he is a part of the people chosen by Focalor (while time and place are chosen by the prophecy)

"But keep your eyes peeled, and you might be able to turn things to your advantage" -> Switches to Arlecchino taking advantage of said prophecy to gain the gnosis and favor of Fontaine (also taking advantage of Childe's imprisonment)

"Good actors hone their craft to mesmerize the whole crowd" --> Switches to Furina who mesmerized Fontaine for 500 years as an actor playing the hydro archon, waiting for the dramatic trial that will end it all

Even thought i just finished the Natlan archon quest, i come back to this from time to time just because fontaine was that good

Coming back to this now, in the middle of Natlan- and realise that the voice speaking after Freminet is Elgeria the first hydro archon and not knowing this because I didn’t read the description back then but I’m also convinced it wasn’t there until later but I could be crazy
