I have been watching your channels for years. I can’t even tell you how much you have inspired me to just keep going. I came from small beginnings and childhood trauma and when I had my kids I wanted their lives to be different. When I chose to homeschool your videos helped me feel so less alone when I knew no one doing the same. I have since found a co op near me and amazing homeschooling mama’s full of support and love. I have also been on a journey of healing and your videos have just been such an encouragement to not give up. You truly are a survivor and when I think of you and your story I think of you “ It seemed impossible, but God.”

I use my meat masher to mash the hardcooked eggs. It gives them a rustic look!

There is nothing more satisfying in my life than feeding my loved ones.

Becky at Acre Homestead, makes and freezes the biscuits raw, then add them to the pot pie, it worked great.
You and I cut up eggs the same way lol. You haven't made sourdough bread for a long while, you kids are going to go crazy eating it, you my not get that much in the freezer, 😂❤

In regards to your "hopeful thoughts", I am going through a divorce. I didn't stop loving my husband. He decided he wanted to be an alchoholic and I decided that was a path I couldn't walk down with him. I have found solace and healing in homemaking. It's not something I've ever been interested in, but I feel the need to safeguard my home and my daughter and myself from the outside world - to create a safe place for us. I think it is in that security, we find our strength to keep on keeping on and I applaud you for being strong in the face of adversity. It isn't easy, but it is necessary - especially for our children!! Love and prayers for you and yours!!

I was watching the part of your video where you were walking. I noticed that you have several large stumps. If you have any little artists, let them paint the stumps. It will pay homage to the trees and give you a wonderful/colorful walking area.

You are an inspiration to many of us!! We are close in age and I have 5 kids and 3 grandkids and love to do big cooking for them!! I have been on a weight loss journey myself and have lost 80 pounds so far and you are just inspiring me to keep going ! Thank you for that!!

I don't mean to bother you, i absolutely love your videos. Ive really been so worried about food, mortgage, etc. Not knowing whats happening, whats going on. Eating is getting harder.
