I purchase most of my part from, Loader Parts Source... I purchase what they do not have from, Bobcat; and I have to say the prices are better at, Loader Parts Source...
ОтветитьI have a Deere 323D and at idle if an attempt to move the skid steer is made, it whines and complains and will kill the engine if you continue....it does not move. It takes a 60% throttle before there is no whining and the skid steer seems to operate normally. But it really sucks the diesel. I don't see the same thing when running just the boom or bucket. No noises, no whines, even at idle. I just changed the Hydraulic fluid an return filter and there was no change. I checked the turbo and its working fine. The engine seems to run fine. Any ideas?
ОтветитьI have a 1835 case loader when started blowing light gray smoke and when k push throutle it does excelarate it just stays like ifle what is wrong with it
ОтветитьI have a 7 car hauler with hydraulics in it to raise the cars so i can put car on the lower level ... when there is a car on it .... the relay keeps tripping after every inch .... we have 4 new batteries on our truck ... there is a relay in it and a solenoid and then a motor ... last mechanic put a bigger solenoid on it ... he said that it needs a bigger solenoid cuz it would burn out every few weeks ... now i can't figure out why the relay keeps tripping.... my research suggested that I need a bigger relay ... but I'm not sure... anyone knows what could be the issue
ОтветитьMine is still working, but on the way out. Under low speed command, the drive is very jerky. What fails more commonly? The pump, because it is higher in the system? Or the motor, because it's lower? This mower is a stander, and has a remote hyd system; Not a stand-alone drive unit.
ОтветитьHydro gear box leaking at parking levers has to take out to repair got new hydro gear last Nov it leading

ОтветитьHello, I've had a great time with all you videos, im handy around hydraulics but I have this issue with pumps making a lot of noise, the fluid has all been changed and filters, checked the charge pressure all good , no aeration or foamy oil??, unit works great but makes lots of hydraulic noise when using just the drives, the gear pump runs very smooth and quiet??, im stumped, are the hydrostatic pumps on there way out??
ОтветитьDo you have to plug up the pump holes .. or can you just plug hoses or have a connector to join both hoses.
ОтветитьI have one side on my Skid steer that is slower. I tryed to adjust .but didnt work and its jerky when I pull up to my dump trailer with loader full of gravel too dump.. any thoughts ? Thanks
ОтветитьI have been trying to figure out a jcb skid steer, i cant find and caps and plugs for lines close by because they are British standard.
Anyway it has 2 solenoids on the park brale valve one brake off lets all the functions work drive and loader, brake on only the boom works
So with thr park brake released all functions work but very weak ( boom will bearly lift, bearly drive) with the brake on the boom works fine
It has a hydrostatic pump and a auxiliary pump
If the drive pump is weak would that cause the boom to lift slow as well? I thought they were two separate systems. And if not what else should i look at that could cause all functions to be weak?
Can dead heading the pump cause any possibility of damaging the pump?
ОтветитьGood video and good tip....have a Vermeer RT950 that has weak drive....cant find any pressure specs and was conflicted if it was the pump or motor....wound up dead heading the pump and it barely loads up the engine when engaging drive...chain drive pump will stall the engine, but travel drive pump is definitely my culprit

ОтветитьOk my exmark zero turn doesn’t stahl on the right side either (which is the good side) nor the left side, which is the side that I’m experiencing a lack of torque and and is grabbing. The lines are disconnected from left wheel and capped off. I can see them bouncing when I lever foward and reverse. So I believe they are getting some pressure but not sure how much. The wheel motor on this mower was replaced two years ago. I’ve torn apart and inspected the pump twice and see nothing wrong.
