Watch 'Anaconda - The Silent Killer' here: https://youtu.be/yJDepcSXB3I

This is a thrilling expedition across Bolivia, searching for the most venomous snakes in this remote country. The main goal is to discover a new species unknown to science: a large pit viper that has not been classified yet. It will be tracked down and filmed alive for the first time. Spanish herpetologists Juan Timms and Jairo Cuevas will conduct an intense search to capture some of the most dangerous snakes on the South American continent.

I guess Texas Rattlesnakes are just different. I have seen to many that dont rattle. My wife and I decided to hike to a lake nearby us. Being as we live in central texas summer is a mother so we waited till evening. Im not real big on flash lights unless its just pitch black so we were walking by moonlight. We were fixing to take a turn onto another path and i stopped my wife and tild her to stay on the right side of the trail. A few days prior to this adventure i had a dream that i was walking and my dog Lady Bird was bitten by a rattlesnake on her left leg so i was inclined to stay to the right because im superstitious like that. We took the path and strike me dead if we didnt make it less than a 100 feet down the way and on the left side of that trail was a 4 1/2 maybe five foot rattlesnake. We walked right past it. I thought it was a cow patty or a dark rock i glanced at it as i walked by. Took about ten steps and my brain finally registered what it had really just looked at. I told my to freeze and grab the dog. I turned on a small light and yeah definitely not a cow patty damn sure wasnt a rock either. But I'm telling you not a sound was made by that snake. It didn't even flinch until i hit it with the light from my phone taking a picture of it. That snake had its pick of three of us it could have bit and chose not to. That's the reality of snakes dont make them and they won't. I have a couple simple rules for nature. We are all just trying to live. Dont bite me and i wont bite you. Step over a bug if you can even better save one if needs a little help the universe "God" sees everything. If you get stung sting it back just how it goes. And finally should I ever be hungry and cross paths with food i will eat you or should that go opposite of my favor i guess i will be eaten but not before some kicking and screaming and i hope i taste terrible with no seasoning

MUST BE A WHITE EUROPEAN OF SOME KIND.
BECAUSE I HIGHLY DOUBT

Those Fer-de-Lance snakes are formidable, but they’re wimps too. I’ll bet a King Cobra would make a quick kill before the Lance knew what hit him.
Fer-de-Lance snakes are not all that. There is a separate video called Goliath Tarantula vs. Fer-de-Lance snake. In it, a large tarantula lures this snake into a hole in the ground.
Once inside, the spider quickly bites the snake, and inside four minutes, that Fer-de-Lance is dead. The spider? Munchies time.

So many of the species in the genus Bothrops and the other new genera split out from Bothrops all llok so similiar. You could spend a lifet time studying them there seems to be that much to know. Pit vipers are qute unique.
