My brother met Regis on two different occasions and said he was a really nice person. My brother was on Regis show to promote a book he had written, and then several years later met Regis again when he was working out at UCLA. Regis was walking his dog and said hello to my brother who responded that he had been on his show several years before. Regis didn’t remember but stayed and talked for about 30 minutes. My brother said that of all the famous people he has met Regis was the most genuine and just a really sweet man.

I had the pleasure of being in the audience many years ago when he was with Kathy Lee. During commercial break he came out to chit chat. So kind, warm and inviting. My condolences to your friends and family. I will always remember meeting you, and miss you as well.
