I can not be happy because I was badly hurt in the past due to bullying in school and not beeing good enough for my family and now you are telling me it is my fault for not beeing happy and that I do not deserve a relationship and can not get it because I am not happy! 1, You don't need anyone in your life to make you feel happy and fulfilled.
2, Being confident and independent by yourself.
3, When you're needy and dependent, you repeal people.
4, Something in your mind that you are not facing, and using sex and romance to cover.
5, 100% authentic and being 100% confident with who you are. And you can let people come and go in your life.
6, You don't need someone to fulfill psychologically. And you shouldn't.
7, When you need something from other people, you create the relationship based on fear.
8, Create a happy life for yourself. If you need external things to make you feel happy. You got some work to do.
9, Take care of your body, health and hygiene.
