So according to Chris Horner, in raining conditions, they should not have pedaled through the corners (should of kept the outside pedal down to keep balance and pressure) - big reason why they fell and lost time.

For a time trial that was the equivalent of a horse winning a race by twenty lengths. Pretty astonishing run by Grace Brown, who not only showed her strength and endurance, but also her smarts in the conditions.
