DIY Chloe Charming Halloween Costume I Descendants Rise of Red Costume

Hi Guys,
Today I DIYed a Descendants Rise of Red Halloween Costume. It's the Chloe Charming Halloween Costume from the scene when Red and her are stealing the cook book from Merlin's Office. I used Shein clothe pieces and I customised it to look like the dress she wore in this scene. I hope you like it.
