I knew the number 1. It might have helped that I drove with him to your studio.
ОтветитьGreat list! I would not have guessed Gloomhaven/Frosthaven for #1, given that most of the games mentioned earlier were family/gateway games. And it's always refreshing to see Code Names appear whenever top-10 lists are compiled. Love that one!
My top 10 includes King of Tokyo, Dominion, Champions of Midgard, 7 Wonders, Fortune & Glory, Azul, Cthulhu Wars, and my favorite board game of all time... Cosmic Encounter!
I haven't played Marvel Champions, Dead of Winter or Everdell yet, but I've heard those are contenders.
Nice list! I like that there's a variety of types of games from playing games with all different people!
ОтветитьWingspan...
Ответитьa lot of fun games... but 'best of all time'.... like c'mon.... (this list makes me feel like this chap has only ever played about 15 games).
ОтветитьProwl: Clan and Cunning is a better smaller version of Hidden Leader
ОтветитьI guessed it was one of the gloomhaven games! You could try Agemonia to steer even more into the rpg storytelling path ;)
ОтветитьIN PORTUGUESE?!
THANKS!!!!
I mean... Most of these are the first games you see when you go to a game store. The list felt hardly personal. Wingspan is quite boring but oh well. Meh
ОтветитьBetter title for the list would be "Best gateway games"..at least I feel like that. I just cant belive that someone who is into boardgames for years would make a list like that..
Good games but best of all time? Cmon
Ruskie? Oh that’s sticking.
ОтветитьShout Out to Dungeon Mayhem Monsters Madness!
ОтветитьThank you for picking Frosthaven as your Top Game!
ОтветитьI was going to say "this list could also be called top 10 introductory games" but then we got to number 1 and now that comment wouldn't apply, lol
ОтветитьThat list was a total strike out for me until you got to Frosthaven. I certainly DIDN'T see that one coming guys :)
ОтветитьIt seemed more like top 10 light gateway games until Frosthaven came out of nowhere 😄.
ОтветитьPshh— “grandma game.” My grandma f—king played Texas hold’em, and she’d keep my money. I was 12! I don’t what kind of milksop grandmas you guys had. My grandma was always beating me in trivial pursuit (the ‘84 OG edition,) because she knew she could bottleneck me by always burying me in arts and entertainment for my winning question. You’d think something would eventually warm that heart of ice as she repeatedly smoked my pre-teen and teenage self back then. Grandma showed no mercy. God I miss her as I write this. ❤
ОтветитьHi, great video, very different choices than other top 10 lists that I Have seen. Looking at the games he put on the list I will strongly recommend Marvel champions the LCG of fantasy flight, cheers!
ОтветитьDuring the entirety of the #7 segment, neither of you actually said the name of the game.
I had this playing in the background as I'm driving and had no idea what you were talking about. Lol
You didn't explain Dixit. I'll watch another channel.
ОтветитьJust tuned in but inis has to be on this list
ОтветитьWhat is a cottage evening?
ОтветитьHard to listen only (no video) to this, you tend to not say the name of the game so difficult to follow😊
ОтветитьLove me some light weight boardgames! I was shocked when i played wingspan for the 1st time,,i thought that i will never liked it but it became one of my favorite board games of all time. i still need to try hidden leaders
ОтветитьThank you for sharing,The Wingspan Game has beautiful cards and eggs, children would love it a lot!Kingdomino let player have fun to make hisown kingdom,The No.1 game is really big set!
ОтветитьRuskie seems like such a cool guy! The world needs more like him.
