Shorter version of Warning don't do business with MHelpdesk

Awful service, awful customer service, too expensive, waste of time.

For anyone considering a new CRM go ahead and cross off Mhelpdesk from your list. No need to watch the full video unless you are bored.

Essentially we paid $2000 for premium on boarding and data migration plus 374/monthly. We paid that to get job history transferred. After multiple failed attempts to just get the customer contact data imported we gave up. The onboarding rep never truly listened to me.

Canceling and trying to get our money back was a huge ordeal (2 weeks, 3 supervisors, 8-10 calls) , and took up way to much of my time. Throughout the process the dozen people that I spoke to proved that they are not a good company to work with. It was laughable but they were only willing to credit a max of $500 of the set up fee, "since work had been done." Even though less than 20% of the work had been done and even that part wasn't fully completed.

Save your money and look anywhere else.
