I searched all across the internet but finally found you!! I was about to move to windows 🥲😭.
My laptop is : Xiaomi NoteBook pro - Intel core i5 11th gen - Intel Iris Xe graphics integrated .

If this solution does not work for you: try adding amd_iommu=off or amd_iommu=fullflush (better but may not work) to your kernel parameters. This worked for me. I have HP laptop with Kioxia nvme ssd and AMD Ryzen processor.

Didn't work for me. I have a i3 11th and this suspend issue is pushing me away from Linux.
