I really love smoothie bowls, but I'm allergic to mango. Anyone have any suggestions for a substitute??

Ngl I’m the opposite of everyone else in the comments, my smoothie bowls are always too think. Don’t get me wrong they still taste AMAZING but I can never get the right 4 corner swirl on my vitamix

I just made a smoothie bowl that I want you to try
– Half of a banana
– Half a cup of mangoes
– 1 1/2 cup of berries (i used blackberries and blueberries)
– and 1/4 cup of any milk you like

okay I have an OK blender and also 69 bucks I'm not kidding I litterally exactly have 69 bucks lolz anyways tmrw after i get my sister my mom is gonna go shopping I'm gonna get the whole frozen fruit section and fill the pantry with smoothie stuff, and obviously I'm gonna put some stuff in my mom's cart lol

Mango berries is the EXACT SAME as No Bananas

What could I sub for bananas (allergy) in the majority of the recipes?

My question is regarding the coconut milk in the can, I had 2 in my cabinet & opened 1, it smelled terrible to me. (expired 6/22) I got a new can was by: Andre Prost sweetened condensed coconut milk dairy-free. This tasted awesome, super thick but only filled 1 small cube silicone ice cube tray (20 cubes). So does coconut milk normally smell that bad when it's not been in refrigerator cuz I'm almost afraid to use it? I have 1 in refrigerator w/expired date of 6/9/22 just coconut milk & think I'm going to try it to see how it is, I'm wanting to try the Vegan/Dairy Free No Banana's Vanilla Soft Serve Ice Cream. I have alot of food allergies along w/my Autoimmune Disease & the other 21 Medical Diagnosis that I have & now it's hard for me to eat some solid foods & I'm hoping my old blender can make these smoothie bowls. I'm going to give it a try, thank you for your videos I love them all & you girls make it fun to watch. Keep them coming. God Bless 🙏🍦

1 tsp green spirulina

1 tbsp honey
