Can you help me buying a good tv my first priority is Bravia 7 2024 75/85 inches to buy 2nd option is Song 85x90l 2023
And third i saw 2024 hisense E7NQ Pro 85 which one is best to buy .which one u suggest to buy .
I work at a pawn shop, Samsung are by far the TV's with most issues (mostly yellow spots appearing on the screen after a while), but they are also the most popular brand as well, so it might be just the sheer number of Samsung TV's I've dealt with. I personally own two Samsung 4K TV's, and while I am amazed of how good my old one still works (PQ and performance wise), my new on is a piece of S#@t that is one step closer to having an axe thrown at it.. The wifi connection needs to be restarted 10 times a day, the backlight bleed is terrible, the performance sucks, sound quality is so bad I got a soundbar the very same day I got the TV... the sad things is, I've seen others with the WiFi issue, so it's not just mine.. While lesser known brands are improving, the well known are cutting corners more and more, so when you choose a TV, just go to a physical store, and get what looks, and feels best in your price range, and don't be a brand loyalist I guarantee Samsung and Sony ain't the Toyota of the TV market!
ОтветитьI recently got my first Hisense TV the u7 in, and have been absolutely blown away. Priorly I've always bought budget TVs, like budget insignia or TCL televisions and Even budget Samsung's and have been happy with them however I recently got a PS5 for the first time and wanted to get something that did 4k 120 and could offer graphically everything the PS5 is capable of.
I went with the Hisense because for me looking at it side by side with the TCL qm7 at Best buy, the Hisense just looked better. It seemed like it had better colors and more natural colors and also I had the salesman hookup a DVD player and play some standard definition DVDs and honestly I thought the Hisense did better with standard definition sources. This doesn't apply to everyone of course, however I have a large DVD collection and watch a lot of my DVD collection on a regular basis, so it's important to me.
Also it could be the way the colors are portrayed but I thought that the Hisense got a little brighter than the TCL qm7.
The other reason I wanted to try Hisense out is that two TCL TVs I've had over the years have had problems with them over time. The first one was a little 32 in that my wife and I used in our bedroom that just suddenly went out one day. We had had the television for 8 months I think it was and we were watching a show and all the sudden the TV just went black and it would not come on again. The other one is we had the older S3 series in the living room and after about a year and a half of owning it it's suddenly got dimmer. No amount of adjustment would seem to bring the brightness back but yeah it just all the sudden got noticeably dimmer
Ultimately my favorite TV brand is Sony, and if I had my way I probably would have bought the Bravia 8 or the Bravia 7, however the prices on those are quite high. And looking at it in the store I didn't notice a huge difference between the u7n and something like the Bravia 7 at least the demos they had set up. When I was a kid we always had Sony TVs and never had one single issue of any kind with any Sony TV we ever had including several of the classic big screen TVs that they used to make, but as people know you definitely have to pay the Sony tax
Sorry to be long-winded but overall I'm quite happy with the Hisense and build quality seems fairly good and hopefully, knock on wood, I'll have many years of use out of it.
I bought a cheap Samsung 3 and a half years later it doesn't any longer turn on anymore
ОтветитьI stared at them both in 98-100” and as a long time Samsung or Sony enthusiast, they’ve both come a long way. I can see either one being my next set
ОтветитьThanks to Brandon and his channel, I purchased a Samsung 75inch and I am so satisfied with my TV. Thanks for helping me choose the right TV
ОтветитьUnless you’re a professional, you’re not going to know the difference
In TVs in a blind test
Neither. Also, Hisense makes Toshiba so your Toshiba TV is a Hisense. Go with LG or Samsung if you want a TV that lasts at least 5 years.
ОтветитьFor myself I would prefer a Sony . I have more faith in the longevity of something made in Japan or South Korea as opposed to China. However I can see taking a swing at maybe a Hisense or TCL on occasion. I am willing to let TCL and Hisense prove themselves to me. It not all about performance . For me its about reliability and will the tv hold up over the long haul especially if you are not someone who is going to upgrade on a regular basis. I still have a 32 inch Sony Bravia that is still perfect 16 years later . My sister has a Sony Trinitron thats over 25 years old and is still perfect. I did buy a Sony Bravia XR 48 A 90 K on black Friday a couple of years ago for the living room. I absolutely love it. Great for sports, various shows and movies. Not a gamer here so I don't care about that aspect. This is a terrific review. Explores many a question. The fact that you are willing to consider TCL or Hisense gives a lot of hope for the brands. I am just someone who has had Sony's in the family for decades and have found they last almost forever. All that being said I do hope that Hisense and TCL go on an impressive run of reliability and success. Well done Mr. Installer! A topic that has been on my mind for a very long time. Joe
ОтветитьI have 3 Samsungs and 2 lgs in our house..2 of the 3 Samsungs have bright white flashing spots on the screens, one of them after roughly 5 years and the most recent after not even 1 year.. Idk if it's the lenses falling off the leds like alot of research has teached me about or what. Both of my lgs are almost unbearable navigating around the menus etc..internet not staying connected on either one of them.. Tons of little annoyances. So after spending well over 8 or 9 grand all together on 3 Samsung tvs and 2 lgs i have ZERO problems at all saving some money and buying a cheaper brand TV from now on. Just bought the TCL 55q651g for 300 bucks black Friday for my boys gaming room and I am completely in shock with the quality of the tv, the picture, the sleek design that looks amazing on the wall.... I will never over pay for a big name brand TV again.
Ya maybe I will stsrt having problems with the TCL eventually, but the fact I paid $300 for a $500 Tv of this quality is 100% okay with me and make some feel much better about needing to replace it in the future!
I'm a huge Samsung fan have been for years and years, but the fact that 2 of my $3000 4k samsungs have a few very annoying white "flashing" circle/spots on the screen is absolutely ridiculous and pisses me off, making me never want to spend that kind of money on a "high end" TV.. I will still to the cheapos from now on for sure!
Hisense 3 year warranty all bull shit they have their own repair shops they tell you it's can't repaired them strip the unit and say they lost it so no warranty no replacement
ОтветитьI should’ve looked at this before I purchased the Black Friday 75 inch. My girlfriend has an LG and she has the “soap opera effect” and I want that! But it seems like this model (75s41BR) doesn’t have it. And I don’t like it.
ОтветитьAlot of people want to know which of theses' two brands is more Reliable...TCL or Hisense?
ОтветитьSamsung 55” is better color , tcl color is not as bright .. guess u get what u pay for .. but if your in a budget tcl is good
ОтветитьPhilips, what about them..?? Are they good
ОтветитьAll HISENSE qled TV's backlight is on . Avoid
ОтветитьBeen rocking a tcl 6 series for the last 3 years. Coming from a 10 year old plasma, it blew me away. I watch mostly sports especially hockey and it has been a joy to own this tv especially what I paid for it. Less then half of what I paid for the plasma 10 years ago
Ответитьwhich is better in terms of gaming on the tv ? i plan to get a monitor eventually but for now im on a tv
ОтветитьBeing a tv reviewer it was dissapointing that you failed to mention whether these tv's were IPS or VA. Viewing angle is very important.
ОтветитьHey brian i found C755 (805) is it as same as qm7?
Ответитьwouldnt the TCL 6 Series QLED be the one right under the QM8?
ОтветитьYeah....I had two TCL TV's. Both died right after the warrantys were up. Never again. I have two hisense tv's. Have had them for years now. Never a problem.
ОтветитьGreat info i just bought a Hisense Q7N
ОтветитьI bought over 2 years ago a TCL R635 75" and managed to get one of the last ones for under $1,200. I could not be more pleased with this set and the picture is awesome and I have at least a dozen apps on it with it being a Roku TV. Don't plan on buying another set anytime soon but like keeping up with the new tech.
ОтветитьI never buy anything off brand ……. I have a 65in TCL that was $349 and it’s the best picture I’ve ever had and I’ve had the higher end Sony and Samsung led stuff
ОтветитьI know this is an older video but just want to mention that when LG came out I remember people very reluctant to buy a new brand. The only advantage back then was that it was "a" new brand whereas today seems there are ten new brands out of China weekly. However you need to weed out the good ones that are trying to make a quality product at a lower price and who don't have to charge as much because they don't spend millions in advertising. Hisense and TCL are two of those brands.
ОтветитьAbout a year ago, during a Black Friday sale, I purchased a 55-inch 4K TCL television for my man cave. I was so happy with it that I later bought a 65-inch QLED 4K TCL for my living room. Additionally, I wanted a larger monitor for my PC in the man cave, so I bought a 50-inch 4K TCL to use as a computer display. It’s a great solution for anyone looking for a larger screen for their computer with 4K resolution for work as well as gaming.
ОтветитьMy experience with both of these brands is not good my in-laws and and sister in law there TCl TVs died and were only 12 months old or just over and Hisense my in-laws had one before the TCL and it was so bad to watch after watching my Panasonic but my cousin just got a 100 inch Hisense tv a few days ago it looks good but time will tell
Ответитьevery Hisense I've had broke just after the warranty.. h9f & h9g one had a vertical green line other had a main board issue
ОтветитьAmazing video, thank you!
ОтветитьIdk,but i just have alot of trust and love in LG.
ОтветитьTCL admitted they don't have qled layer in their qled tv😊
ОтветитьBoth are junk they both birn
ОтветитьMe own a insignia 55i. Me have for 12 years no problem beautiful
ОтветитьI just bought the 65” TCL QM 7 mini and after three weeks I love it. Great picture and was blown away by the sound. I took out a 2 year warranty figuring if there was an issue it would happen within 2 years.
ОтветитьPicking up a 85-in qd7 tonight. I'm super pumped!
ОтветитьJust bought a TCL TV and I love it!
ОтветитьNever buy TCL. It's the worst Chinese brand. Automatic switch off in 30 sec issue. No repair provided. Zero support. Honest review after using. Use and throw product. Never buy TCL. Worst products by TCL
ОтветитьI will stick with Sony
ОтветитьLove your videos B, between you and youthman I get my fill of large tv tech and home theater content 👏🏾
ОтветитьI bought a Haisens 75e5n pro+ couple of days ago, It's very nice.
ОтветитьI think your comments about Chinese brands are spot on. People have concerns due to faith in "made in China" products and consumers really need to give them a chance and let the products prove whether their brands/manufacturing are on par, or better, than other non-Chinese brands.
ОтветитьYestarday I buy brand new model 75C765 and I have back light blinking out of the box when I use PC. Today I send it back and im done for forever with TCL brand. I will never buy it again. That was my first and last TCL tv💩🤮
ОтветитьI love my Hisense u8k unfortunately they no longer sell it anymore i was lucky to get mine on sale for 699 paid maybe about 800 after adding the 5 year warranty
Ответитьmade in china stuff is just as good as japan or korea nowadays
as long as they are a solid reputable brand not some scam oem trash
the price is always lower too
As for me, I want hisense and tcl to last long like the way Samsung and Sony last long.
ОтветитьWhat's funny is that a lot of folks get a sour mouth when something is made in China. The reality is that pretty much everything is made in China. From Milwaukee tools to shirts and even auto parts. Almost 85% of Walmart products are made in China.
Ответитьdon't buy Hisense. I bought a 75 inch ser A7 and my screen started to crack after four years
ОтветитьI have the Hisense 55 U7N and when ever I stream an Apple TV show which uses Dolby vision I get horizontal lines and diagonal glitches, anyone else experiencing this, only happens on Apple TV used through the built in app and a show that that has Dolby vision. In this case “severed”🤷🏼♂️
