you probably have more than 1 fishing mod.. i have RF fishing mod and the Vanilla expanded fishing mod and it adds 2 different fishing things

what i've seen for the new pen system ... wildlife can go over the fence no problem, so after you fence them in, build a wall around it as well

Those thin doors would definitely help when getting the rooms set up if they all open up to a hallway that's protected, the roofing though is usually done automatically after the walls are completely done.
