Good ole Fashioned Southern Tea Cakes !!!

1 1/2 cups of sugar
1 cup of vegetable shortening Crisco
2 large eggs ( room temperature )
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
2 tablespoons whipping cream
3 1/2 cups all purpose flour

Preheat oven to 325
Cream the sugar and vegetable shortening together and mix until it is fluffy ..
Add one egg at a time mixing after each egg.. next add the baking powder . Vanilla , heavy cream then flour mix well…
Roll the dough into inch balls and put on a non stick cookie sheet .. bake at 10 minutes ..
