How do you manage continuous water supply to such a big township. Bcz Panvel and nearby areas are suffering with water shortage, Pollution as Cidco is unable to manage anything.

Ulwe is better than Panvel, iska yeh project panvel railway station se 15 kilometre duur hai.

Why don't you see a future near Bullet Train Stations? Thane Bullet Train Station. From here it's just 15 minutes travel to BKC.

A very poor project.
1. They are just milking their BRAND NAME.
2. Very poor quality of materials have been used.
3. Many owners are SELLING OFF their properties coz of ABSURDLY POOR RENTAL RETURNS and TOO MUCH OF MONTHLY EXPENSES.
4. Due to RESERVATION SYSTEM in society management, some of the societies are run by some REALLY REALLY DUMB PEOPLE.

Hiranandini is a very costly project and inflated price.
Panvel will definitely grow by leaps and bounds but paying the price after 10 years right now is foolish. There is no hospital in Hiranandini or nearby. Hiranandini project is
far away from Panvel and it is impossible to daily travelling to CST.
When at that price one can buy
Just walking distance from Panvel ,why Hiranandini ?
Hiranandini will be far away from upcoming railway station
Of chouk and Mohape.

It's a great place to stay but lacking so many things ,there are zero sports facilities like tennis courts ,cycling tracs,etc all those can easily be done .Mr hiranandani please start developing sports facilities too.There is no doubt its an amazing infrastructure but more stores resturants,cafes,shopping brands all lack .People want quality please do focus on sports facilities and quality stores not some local horrible stores
