Google Gmail should be called google junk mail. They allow way too much junk mail to hit your email box. 👎

Templates! Awesome! Tip for your viewer. Templates never showed in my 3 dots. After research, I needed to go to Settings>See All Settings>Advanced>Enable (Templates)>Save Changes Now I'm rock'n and roll'n. Love your energy and humour. Keep posting!

Awesome video Steve (I've had this as a calendar reminder for months to watch!!) Instant History, Undo send, Multiple signatures and Add to calendar are all new to me that I'll use. As for Snooze and Schedule, these are Boomerang features so unless GMail builds in the feature to return unreplied-to emails, then I'll keep using those in Boomerang.
BTW, in regard to Jonathan Camp's message ... I think zero inbox is a thing of the past and way too unnecessary these days (I think it's for OCD types!) As for folders ... I used to use them heaps until I realised a) GMail search is awesome and b) zero inbox is dead so ... no need for folders anymore. Am I missing something?

If i wish to delete/ forward one of these, I don’t know how.. when i try, it sends the whole chain…

I would like to use 'templates'. Is this available only on business versions of Gmail. It is not listed om my computer under more options. Doreen

I'm a UK gmail user - I have several standard emails that I send, so thought the use of Templates would be perfect. Unfortunately, that option does not appear for me. Is this a new feature that will eventually find its way to the UK?

TEMPLATES - if you DO NOT have Templates enabled in your settings you will not see the Template option. To turn on Templates do the following:

◙ Go to Settings, which is the GEAR icon at the top right corner of your GMAIL page
◙ Click on the ADVANCED tab
◙ Enable the TEMPLATE option
◙ Click SAVE at the bottom of the Advanced tab/screen

Once you click SAVE your GMAIL will close and restart automatically to load your GMAIL with your Template enabled change, and the explanation he is giving here will then make sense now that you can see the described Template option as shown here in this video.

Another use for schedule send is when you wish to embargo information in an email until a specific time. But you want all recipients to receive information at the same time.

Thanks Steve. Great tips. Can you advice on how to Bcc to my inbox as a default setting without having to opt for Bcc for each email I send. I like to have all my emails in inbox for ease of looking up. This saves me the time of going to sent email and compare with inbox to see whether I have taken action or not.

You missed the auto respond feature of Gmail.

I GOT GMAIL NOTIFICATION ABOUT A NEW EMAIL BUT THERE WAS NOTHING - I got one Gmail notification on my Android phone but when I opened my inbox, I didn't see any new email. Why that happened?

Your dexterity in Gmail is remarkable. "Click on the upper right", click on the three dots . . ." I will have to watch this a couple of times to catch the things you do so easily.
