Barley and Chorizo Risotto........(Is it a treat or a punishment?)

Today's recipe is Barley and Chorizo Risotto

Ingredients
60g butter
1 onion sliced
3 cloves garlic chopped
75g chritzo sausage sliced
1 tsp fresh sage chopped
salt and pepper to taste
100g frozen/fresh butternut squash
200g pearl barley
750ml stock
2 tbsp grated parmasan
