We imported scammers, we exported them too. From Alice Guo, Rappler followed the paper trail of POGOs and found layers and layers of companies that extend to a transnational scam network. The scope of the network is yet to be seen, but one thing's for certain – the problem did not start, and will not end with Alice Guo.
