the first time killed me, second was easier, 3rd and 4th, I could already keep up fairly well, I am amazed by the quick progress! still a long way to go to match your speed, form and consistency

ОтветитьSean, thanks for the great video. You provide the tools to get a strong core and protect your back. Perhaps I could make a suggestion . . . Perhaps you could make a video where you rotate the core exercises more? For example, one set of crunches or a variation and then a plank exercise. And then a crunch exercise, thus rotating from anterior to posterior muscle groups as a focus. This should provide faster, better muscle building. You're a fit guy, but getting to that is a goal for many of us. I know you do this, a few crunch exercises and then a few planks, but I'm thinking more one or two front and then one or two back. For example, I have a list of what you do and mix it up going from front to back, but I just thought an actual video following this pattern would be easier for folks. Perhaps you already have one? Many thanks for your work putting together this video.

ОтветитьSean. I do not know how you don't have more subscribers! Your approach is down to Earth, easy to follow, and engaging. I've been doing (one of) your 30 minute Yoga routine every morning before going to the gym. It eases my back pain, is slowly dissolving my shoulder impingement problems, and centers me for the day. As soon as I thought I need to add some core routines to my days, I looked you up. A lot of your videos that I watch are quite old, so I jumped onto your page to see if you were still active, and I am happy you are! Looking forward to exploring your other routines the more I loosen up!
