The way that copperhead moved so fast would certsinly give me pause about leaning down and lifting sheets with my hands. People never anticipate an agressive venomous snake.

You don't get an idea for just how big those 2 under the double copperhead flip just past the halfway point in the video really were until you got gabe in the video for a size reference. Those are some above average copperhead snakes right there. No matter many snakes I encounter, venomous or non, I involuntarily cringe when I see one that healthy and ready to rock.

I had 3 black snakes wit yellow spots on the belly closest thing I could find on line is black speckle king but I live in KY so idk...

Copperhead bit a friend in the hand and after four years still no feeling in part of two fingers. We have a beautiful black snake living in and around a small shed for a few years now, call him/her? Ozzy.

Keep flipping with your fingers, wearign shorts and tennis shoes :) You HAVE a hook...use your heads. it's NOT GONNA HAPPEN..until it does. If you took time to LOOK at other Herpers dumbass admissions of "It wont happen to me" and then it happening, you may save yourself some headaches. GRANTED...a copperhead bite is pretty awesome for some of us. Like dropping acid and having the flu. But, your choice :)
