With the C-RAM video what I believe you are hearing is actually the explosive detonation in the air. These defense systems are designed to completely destroy the rockets/missiles. At just over 4,000 RPM nothing is surviving as many hits as they land.

Also do want to note that we can’t claim UFO sightings when there’s VTOLs and possibly VTOL models we don’t know of (technically by definition it would be a UFO, but by this context, it’s not a spaceship)
