Filling:
* Ricotta – 55g
* Mozzarella/Pizza Cheese (Shredded) - 55g
* Marinara Sauce – 35g
Instructions:
1. Roll out the dough, on one side of the disc, apply ricotta + pizza cheese. Leave a 2.5 cm border.
2. Brush some water on the rim and close it properly. Fold it artistically or use a pizza cutter to seal.
3. Bake in an oven at max temperature (preferably abovev250C) till beautifully golden brown.
4. Take out and serve with Marinara Sauce on top and Parmesan Cheese. Enjoy!
