French detective Colonel Jean-Louis Recordon is tasked with a top secret investigation to capture Paul Touvier, a notorious French Nazi war criminal who has evaded capture for 40 years. Touvier was the Head of Intelligence serving under the Gestapo and was directly responsible for the deaths of 7 Jewish people as well as countless others. After the war, Touvier manages to evade capture by faking his death and seeking refuge from the Catholic Church who shelter him in a monastery. Will Recordon succeed in finding him and bringing him to justice?
